Pine Valley Construction (PVC) is the compilation of many years of working together by two good independent companies to merge and form a GREAT company.  Since 1979 B&S Associates has been a Developer and Construction Manager for many commercial and retail projects.  Over the years B&S Associates worked with Costa Construction, which has been a General Contractor for over 25 years.   

Working independently but together on many projects both Commercial and Residential proved to create the perfect match so in 2008 Costa Construction and B&S Associates formed Pine Valley Construction, which is an affiliate of the Pine Valley Group.

Located in NE Philadelphia with over 55 years of combined experience has helped create a unique philosophy, our Clients and their needs come first!  That is not just a cliché but part of our Core Values.  Our Innovative Team’s approach to all of our projects helps to make sure we accomplish these Core Values, which we follow in all of our programs, they are:
